Centar – Vodice –Apartmans are situated in a historical center of town, just 30m away from the sea and 150m away from the pebbled beach. On the ground floor of this business and residential building there is a restaurant „Konoba Porat“ where traditional croatian dishes (meat and fish specialties) have been served since 1982. The business – residential building where apartments are situated, has been renovated in 2015, under special supervision of conservative department and every apartment has sound and thermal insulation and energey certificate. Every apartment is equipped for 4 persons (2+2). Centar – Vodice – Apartmani is the perfect place for co-living of a big family or friends, who wish to stay together but in a separate apartments, using common indoor terraces for fun and pleasure.

In a histroical center of Vodice all restaurants and shops are open till 24h ( June, July, August) and after that the street is quiet and it becomes a perfect place for a quiet dream, where sleeping near the open window brings in the fresh clear sea breeze. While staying in Centar – Vodice – Apartmani in a historical center of town, there is a possibility to have good quality holidays in the very center of the town, enjoying in rich cultural and gastro offer.
